Thursday Nights in January (Jan 9, 16, 23, 30)

If you’re a man age 18-60 who needs to lose 40 pounds or more and is committed to making it happen in 2020, this is the group for you! We’ll be focused on making lasting-change by setting super-small, achievable goals in 4 categories (food, water, sleep and movement). You’ll start your journey with a one-on-one hike-n-chat at Riley Trails with Coach Jon Ornée to get to know each other and chat about all the things. Starting January 9, you’ll have a weekly meet-up with new friends on a similar journey toward a more awesome life. The meetups will include a 30-minute workout, coaching and tips from a certified health coach and the opportunity to set small attainable, individual goals each week. We’ll help keep you on track toward achieving your goals by providing daily accountability via text message and weekly encouragement within the group. Meetups will also include short demos and workshops including ‘World’s Best Smoothies’, ‘Not Your Mom’s Salads’, ‘Beer Alternatives’ and a ‘Functional Movement Screening’.
The goal is to take small steps each week that add up to Big Change over time. With that in mind, there will be an opportunity to continue coaching beyond January if participants are interested, but it’s optional. If after a month you feel empowered to continue the journey on your own we’ll continue to cheer you on!
This is not a quick-fix crash diet plan. You’ll be eating foods that you love and making gradual changes that make you feel more awesome. We’ve had clients lose 23 pounds in the first month, but it’s more likely that you’ll lose 5-10 pounds in January and continue to gradually progress toward an ideal weight over the course of 6-12 months. If you’re ready to pursue a more awesome life, I’d love to journey with you in January.
